Young Muslims generally have the same attitudes to the family model, education and democracy as their parents.

Capacent conducted a big survey for DR Nyheder among the country's Muslims.  Though the young generation are much better educated than the parent's generation, there is no big difference in their attitudes on a serious of important issues.

For example, 58% of Muslims under 35 think that it should be forbidden to criticize religion.  For people over 35 that's 54%.

On the home front, 9% of young Muslims under 35 think that women should stay at home and care for the children.  Among those over 35, that's 10%.
